  摘 要:三磷酸腺苷(ATP)和其水解化合物(ADP、AMP)在植物和植物体研究中应用价值突显,今朝遍及

  用于临床医学研究、食品等范围。为更好的控制ATP 在植物和植物体中含量检测方法的研究停顿,本

  研究剖析了国际外现有ATP 的各类提取、检测方法和应用状况,并归结总结了各类检测方法的优缺

  点,个中触及今朝国际外ATP 最新检测技巧,指出在相当一段时间内应用高效液相色谱技巧检测ATP

  依然是主流。为日落伍一步开收回更准确、便利快捷的检测方法奠定基础,最后展望能应用各类研究方

  法和手腕为ATP 的检测开收回高效动摇的检测技巧方法。

  Abstract: Applicationvalueofadenosinetriphosphate(ATP)anditshydrolysiscompounds(ADP,AMP)were

  highlights,especiallyinstudyofanimalsandplants,anditwaswidelyusedinthefieldofclinicalmedical,

  food,etc.TobettergraphthestudyadvanceofdetectiontechniqueofATPinbodyofanimalandplant,this

  paperillustratesallkindsofextractionanddetectionmethodsandapplicationforATP,whichincludedthe

  latestATPdetectiontechnologyondomesticandoverseas,andpointedoutthatoneoftheadvantagesand

  disadvantaged. The HPLC would be still the main stream method in the long term. The study laid the
